This class incorporates cardiovascular activities, strengthening and stretching (using your baby) as well as infant stimulation activities such as songs, rhymes, knee bouncers, parachute activities, and more.

Mondays/Wednesdays 9-10am

What to bring: water, workout mat, indoor sneakers and anything your baby may require.
Note: Mothers must have had their 6 week check up prior to the start of the program.
